Printer connecting error

Printer Connecting error is a common issue that will not permit you to print any document from your printer.   • Check the network connection of your wireless printer

First of all, you should check that your router/modem is working effectively and providing fast internet speed. Now, see the wireless network name to which your printer is linked. It is obligatory that your printer must be connected to the same SSID as your computer. Hence to check the network name go to Settings > Wireless Settings > Wireless LAN Setup Wizard.   • On Windows run the printer troubleshooter

  • Press the Windows + R keys on your keypad.
